Our process
Contact
Upon contact, we will make a suitable time to arrange a site visit and measure. During this consultation you will discuss the job requirements and expectations with our Estimator. Depending on the project specifications, we will also arrange for any specialised contractors to be in attendance.
Proposal
Our estimator will obtain the relevant costings and specifications for your project. Depending on what is required and the size of the project, this may take a couple of hours or up to 2 weeks. Expected timeframes for quote preparation will be discussed at the initial consultation.
Approval
Once approval is received, contracts and deposits will be arranged. Materials will then be ordered and an estimated date for commencement will be provided. Throughout this time, we will then remain in contact to keep you up-to-date with the progress and job status. Upon arrival of materials, a firm date will then be scheduled.
Delivery
Works will commence on the confirmed date as discussed. We will remain in communication with regards to any delays or changes in the scope. On completion, a site visit will be carried out with the Site Supervisor to confirm that the works have been completed as discussed. Completion photos will then be submitted to all commercial clients for verification and approval.
